These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the LR Enhancers online store.

Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, arrange a refund.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

LR Enhancers is not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged separately on our products.

Payment must be made in full when placing an order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other obvious errors on our website. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or product availability issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Delivery

We will deliver orders to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lrenhancers.com.

Click & Collect

Where available, customers may choose to collect their order from our LR Enhancers premises.

Orders selected for collection will normally be ready within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before attending to collect it.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Where applicable, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, damage or interfere with the website or its security.

All content on the LR Enhancers website, including photographs, logos, branding, text and graphics, belongs to LR Enhancers or is used with permission and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.
